Chapter members enjoy a "high-touch" experience right in their own backyard. Guided by volunteer local chapter leadership, they run their own programs, schedule outings and events and support their individual members in accordance with the policies and guidelines set by the national organization. Chapters have their own transition peer and special interest groups that develop from the specific interests of individual chapter members. You can be as active as you want - attend events, join a peer group, start a special interest or even volunteer to work with a committee or get involved with leadership.
Do you live outside our chapter cities? You can still make connections and find support as you transition by becoming a National member. National members have access to virtual programming offered by the National office or any of our chapters. We offer "Breaking Free Groups" - virtual peer groups that bring women from all across the country together for lively discussions about this next stage of life.
