Your mind is your most powerful tool. Keep your mind as sharp as a tack and learn how to increase your memory power with Brain Aerobics!
This is Part II, five additional classes for those who previously took Brain Aerobics Part I. The first class will be a review of Part I, followed by 4 sessions with new material.
This FIVE Session Series will be held on the following Thursday afternoons at 2pm:
Session 1: Oct 7 - Review
Session 2: Oct 14
Session 3: Oct 21
Session 4: Oct 28
Session 5: Nov 4
Sign up and give your brain a great workout!
In this class fitness instructor Victoria LaBouff-Lanza will touch primarily on MEMORY techniques with a variety of short term/long term memory exercises. You will learn easy formulas to apply to your daily lifestyle and new ways to train the brain to think. Brain Aerobics also strengthens the brain's connections and helps build new brain cells. We will also explore the power of positive thinking, nutrition for the brain, meditation and other useful tools.
Class is fun, interactive and all ages will benefit. No tests, no picking people out, just good clean memory fun. You must have attended a Brain Aerobics Part I class previoulsy, as Part II builds upon that knowledge base.
About Victoria LaBouff-Lanza: Victoria has been a professional fitness instructor and personal trainer for over 30 years and has certifications from Aerobics and Fitness Association of America, Power Blue Productions, American Heart Association, Zumba and many others. Her passion for fitness and for the well-being and health of others is unrivaled.
