This popular class keeps on going strong and there's nothing better than sweating together with your fellow TTN members and friends. Even though we "could" be back at the gym, we want to stay together to keep each other motivated. Come join this virtual workout designed for women 50+ and led by Victoria LaBouff-Lanza, a certified fitness trainer! Take this class and stay in shape! If you can't make a class, no problem. All classes will be recorded.

Victoria LaBouff-Lanza has been a professional fitness instructor and personal trainer for over 30 years and has impressive certifications. Victoria will lead us through thirteen workout sessions customized for us and geared to burn fat, build muscle and to have FUN!
Classes last approximately 55 minutes and start with a series of stretches, followed by light cardio and muscle specific moves. Next, we'll work with weights, core, and floor exercises. Classes will end with a relaxing stretch, meditation, and positive thoughts. Everyone welcome! Easily modifiable.
You will need:
- A water bottle for water breaks
- Supportive footwear
- A mat or a towel for the floor
- Handheld weights/light dumbbells (water bottles or cans of beans are a good substitute)
- Optional: A chair (for modification if you have difficulty to going down to the floor or as an aid for balance)
Registrants will receive a ZOOM link to sign into the event approximately two days prior to the first class.
