Host of YPR's Flavors Under the Big Sky

Join us for a virtual cooking class with Stella.  She has a cooking certificate from the Culinary Institute of America and has shared her cooking knowledge through her classes for Sur La Table, Williams Sonoma, the Cellar at Macy's and Gelsons.  Stella has grown to savor the regional bounty by integrating the Chinese flavors of her childhood and world influences while learning from culinarians near and far.

We'll be preparing Kung Poa Pork, Mandarin Pancakes and she'll share her special recipes for Hoisin sauce and Five-Spice powder.  These recipe are featured in her latest book  "Flavors Under the Big Sky: Recipes and Stories from Yellowstone Public Radio and Beyond".  We'll provide the recipes, but here's a link to purchase the book if you're interested:
Recipes and ingredient instructions will be sent in advance of the class.  Members can gather in small groups or cook along at home!
