Join us for a discussion of the voting rights bills pending in the U.S. Senate.  What do they mean?  Why are they important?

Learn some of the history around voting rights.  Hear about the efforts in state legislatures around the country to pass bills that will make it more difficult for people to vote.

What are the the voting bills pending in the Massachusetts legislature?  Learn about the VOTES Act which will make reforms permanent, including expanded voting by mail put in place last fall to deal with the pandemic.  Hear suggestions on how you can make a difference in all these areas.  Bring your questions!
