Her love of Pilates and belief in its value led her to complete over 200 hours of training in order to get her Pilates certification. Jill trained in India where she earned her 500 hour Yoga Alliance certification.
This Pilates series is appropriate for all levels of fitness, with various modifications demonstrated during class. The emphasis is on core strength, posture, balance and flexibility as well as on the mind/body connection. Through this work you can expect to improve muscle tone, strengthen the abdominal muscles, improve flexibility and back alignment.
You will need a mat and a small towel rolled up or a yoga block. Bare feet are best although socks may be worn.
