Marguerite learned her love of cooking from her mother, but through an early career in sustainable agriculture developed a passion uniquely her own for good food made simple. Her leadership at Zest is inspired by a desire to share her extensive knowledge of cooking equipment and techniques with customers.
In addition to guiding the vision for Zest’s future and managing day to day operations, Marguerite runs Zest’s specialty food section, which features unique ingredients not found anywhere else in Billings and connects our community to diverse food traditions from around the world.
