Mindfulness is credited with benefits that include stress reduction, improved focus and a boost in working memory. In this four week series, you will learn through experience to be aware and conscious of your Mind-Body-Heart-Breath. Discover how to reach a state of inner balance, clarity of mind, calming of body, and experiencing the effects of your breath on your inner state.
You will gain the knowledge and tools to bring mindfulness into your everyday life by finding what best works for your mind-body and nervous system. Living more consciously gives space to live from values and intention, giving you the ability to make healthier and more informed choices so you can live the life of your heart’s desires.
We’ll meet on Tuesday evenings February 2, 9, 16 and 23 from 7:00—8:00 pm Central. TTN price is $20 per member for all four sessions (bring a guest for $40 or encourage her to join and get the member fee). You will need a yoga mat, journal and comfortable quiet space in which to work.
