These days, transitions are coming at us at breakneck speed. Not only have we had to shift gears into a more COVID-safe life but our assumptions about government, our way of life, and race in this country are also being challenged. Experts are quick to share their best resilience strategies.
For our January 18 program, the Central Ohio Chapter is drawing on experts we can trust – our own members like you and also our guests– to contribute real-life wisdom during interactive breakout sessions where all of us will share challenges past and present and how we got through them.
There’s no formal homework for this rich program, but we invite you to think through your own life challenges.
Before the meeting, if you can, watch an inspiring YouTube by researcher Lucy Hone (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NWH8N-BvhAw) who tells us how she was forced to apply her own scholarship to a tragic personal situation, and what she learned from it.
Come and spend the time with us on January 18 exploring the resilience that's inside each one of us!
