Solo Aging – Plan for Your Future
A Caring Collaborative Health & Wellness Presentation

Do you have a plan to ensure you’ll have help when you’re no longer able to do everything for yourself?

If you live alone, or simply wish to make things easier for family members with busy lives, now is the best time to determine how to arrange for your future medical care and financial wishes.
  • Who will coordinate your medical care? Help you to find at-home help, or an assisted living facility if necessary?
  • Who will pay your bills? Monitor your bank and investment accounts? Protect your assets?
  • Do you have an up to date will? A health care proxy? A Power of Attorney?
Join our experts, Rebecca Eddy, MBA, CDMM and Anne Markowitz Recht, LMSW, CMC to learn how to plan for your future now while you can, including what questions you should ask and the resources available to help you answer them.
