Solo Aging – Plan for Your Future
A Caring Collaborative Health & Wellness Presentation
Do you have a plan to ensure you’ll have help when you’re no longer able to do everything for yourself?

If you live alone, or simply wish to make things easier for family members with busy lives, now is the best time to determine how to arrange for your future medical care and financial wishes.
- Who will coordinate your medical care? Help you to find at-home help, or an assisted living facility if necessary?
- Who will pay your bills? Monitor your bank and investment accounts? Protect your assets?
- Do you have an up to date will? A health care proxy? A Power of Attorney?
OUR EXPERTS


Anne received a Bachelor of Arts degree in communications from Albany State University and a Master’s Degree in Social Work from Adelphi University. She completed the Goldman Sachs 10K Small Business program for entrepreneurs in 2016. Anne has presented on various topics relating to aging for The New York State Bar Association; The National Business Institute; Nassau Chapter of the National Association of Social Workers; the New York City Bar, National Aging Life Care Association, Private Duty Association as well the financial services industry, hospitals and other health care entities. She has also presented for Guardian and Court Examiner training for the NY State Office of Court Administration.
Anne is the recipient of the Long Island Alzheimer’s Foundation’s Outstanding Service Award for 2004; she is the President of the New York Chapter of the Aging Life Care Association.
