Update on Osteoporosis
A Caring Collaborative Health & Wellness Presentation

Clifton M. Jackness, MD will provide the latest information about:

• Natural methods to prevent or delay Osteoporosis, including exercise, diet, and vitamins
• Diagnosing Osteoporosis
• Medication options, including the benefits and risks of each category of medication

Speaker: Clifton M. Jackness, MD is a graduate of Yale University and the Albert Einstein College of Medicine. After receiving his MD in 2006, he completed an Internal Medicine residency at Mount Sinai School of Medicine in 2009 and an Endocrinology Fellowship at Columbia Presbyterian Medical Center in 2012. He is Board certified in Internal Medicine and Endocrinology, Diabetes and Metabolism. Dr. Jackness is an Adjunct Assistant Professor at NYU’s Grossman School of Medicine who practices at the Park Avenue Endocrinology and Nutrition group.
