During this COVID19 isolation period, we are offering a Virtual WOMEN IN TRANSITION Workshop! The highly interactive

The pandemic is bringing all sorts of unique transitions to our lives and making it important for us to understand how to deal with all this chaos.
We are currently restricted in what we can do, but we can still examine each stage of transition in preparation for moving past this period of isolation and towards building a better understanding of ourselves and our purpose in our changed surroundings.
This workshop will engage you with information about what it means to be in transition and involves small group discussion. You'll deal with provocative questions that will stimulate constructive conversation designed to expand your horizons and support wherever you are in your transition journey.
The goals of this highly interactive workshop are to:
- Engage and connect with other women in transition,
- Learn what it means to be in transition,
- Expand your possibilities and options,
- Know what is important and energizing for you, and
- Create a “next steps” action plan.
"Just excellent. Perfect balance of helpful materials, guides, tools and discussion and exercises. Facilitated so well -- getting everyone to participate in authentic, meaningful and impactful ways.”
"A very worthwhile experience. The presenter was caring and answered all questions and concerns with detailed and helpful responses.”
“Really appreciated the opportunity for sharing and being around other women with similar concerns."
The workshop is led by TTN - NYC Chapter member Karen Merson, a highly trained and experienced facilitator and coach.

For 18 years Karen was an adjunct professor in Organizational Behavior at New York University, where she received the Outstanding Teaching Award and was a full time professor at The New School University where she was one of three finalists for the Best Teaching Award. After becoming a certified coach in 2013 Karen co-founded New Attitude a coaching practice that helps women create meaningful and fulfilling “third acts”.
Karen has a talent for helping people find their voice, allowing them to express who they are and what they want. She is a skilled and inspiring group facilitator. Her goal is to help people recognize their value in the world.
