Cardio, Core & More: This class is designed for women 50+ and geared to burn fat, build lean muscle and to have FUN! Class starts with a series of stretches followed by 20-25 minutes of lite-cardio with thought provoking, muscle specific moves.
We will use the back-end of the class to work with weights, core and floor. The class will end with a relaxing stretch, often adding meditation and positive thoughts to take away with you for your day.
Class will be approximately 55 minutes. Everyone welcome. Easily modifiable.

You will need:
1. Water for water breaks.
2. Supportive footwear.
3. A mat or a towel for the floor.
4. Handheld weights/lite dumbbells. (If you don't have any, you can substitute water bottles or cans of beans).
5. Optional, a Chair. (For modification if you can't go to the floor or as an aid for something to hold on to).
