Santa Fe Chapter Event: Monthly Program: How To Build Resilience In Uncertain Times

Monday, September 21, 2020, 6‑7:30pm MDT
Location: Online via Zoom

What is resilience? Why is it so important? Why do some people bounce back from adversity and others fall apart? How can we be more resilient during the coronavirus pandemic? What are some strategies for becoming more resilient?

Developing resilience is both complex and personal. Learning to be resilient doesn’t mean figuring out how to “grin and bear it” or to simply “get over it”. It involves a combination of inner strengths and outer resources. Join facilitator Jean Palmer to discover ways to survive and thrive during these challenging times!

Jean Palmer moved to Santa Fe 10 years ago. She founded the Santa Fe TTN Chapter and served on the National TTN Board helping design the Women in Transition workshop and the Transition Peer Group Manual. She is passionate about TTN and feels it offers women a wonderful opportunity for connection and learning. Jean had her own business for 35 years,
