Do you long to write, rest, and deeply connect to yourself in these difficult and challenging times?
Writing can calm and ground you. Sometimes it’s by using it to directly face, name and express the truth of what’s happening and what you’re feeling, and other times it’s to write a story, a poem, a blog or something that simply gives you a sense of creative joy.
This writing experience is a unique opportunity to go deep into the sanctuary of your soul to discover what's written there and what is needed for you and our world at this time.
It could be the beginning of your book, a new business or creative idea, or simply a renewed understanding of yourself and a way forward in these strange and unprecedented times.
Writer and writing coach Samantha Wallen will lead you through a writing exercise designed to ground and restore you and connect you more deeply to the courageous conversation our collective circumstance is inviting you into.
Writers and non-writers alike are welcome. Please bring a pen and notebook/journal.

Samantha Wallen, MFA is a poet, writer, and writing and book coach. She offers transformative writing workshops, retreats, and private coaching programs. Sam’s mission is to restore the soul of our world, one word at a time. She helps you drop your agenda and write what wants to be written so you can connect to and restore what is precious inside you, and our world, by using words as a pathway to reach what lives beyond language. She helps writers, want-to-be-writers, and non-writers alike discover their voice, clarify the deeper purpose and focus of their writing, and develop structures for committing to and sustaining a nourishing writing practice.
