Even though we can’t go to the gym, we can still join fellow TTN Philadelphia members for the next best thing…a virtual workout designed for women 50+ and led by a certified fitness trainer! NOTE: Your fee includes FIVE sessions- Weekly on Tuesdays over five weeks!
Victoria LaBouff-Lanza has been a professional fitness instructor and personal trainer for over 25 years and has impressive certifications. Victoria will take us through five workout sessions customized for us and geared to burn fat, build muscle and to have FUN! Classes last approximately 55 minutes and start with a series of stretches followed by lite cardio and time to work with weights. Classes will end with a relaxing stretch, meditation, and positive thoughts.
You will need:
- A water bottle for water breaks
- Supportive footwear
- A mat or a towel for the floor
- Handheld weights/lite dumbbells (water bottles or cans of beans are a good substitute)
- Optional: A Chair (for modification if you have difficulty to going down to the floor or as an aid for balance)
Registrants will receive a link to sign into the event approximately one week prior to the first class.
Registration cancellation refund deadline is July 20.
