We all have stress in our lives. 

 
Sometimes we can feel especially stressed because of a bad interaction with someone, too much work, or the new restrictions of daily life in the time of Coronavirus. 


The trick is to maximize the positive stress and to minimize the negative stress. Negative stress can keep you from feeling and performing your best —mentally, physically and emotionally.


Through tools easy to incorporate into your everyday life, you will learn how to turn your negative stresses into positive opportunities to grow, cope and live a happier and healthier life.

This Zoom webinar will feature a Powerpoint presentation by Lisa Smith followed by an interactive discussion. 


 
Lisa Smith is a certified health, weight loss, time management and life coach. She is owner of Stay Fierce coaching where she works with clients to identify tools to gain control overchallenging areas of their lives to “Stay Fierce.” She is also a faculty member at the Center for Learning and Living. Lisa received her Health/Life Coach certification from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition,
certification as a fitness instructor from ACE, certification as a yoga instructor from Yoga Alliance and certification as a leadership trainer from SHRM. BA, Philosophy, Hunter College.
