In four sessions, you will discover your core values,
special talents, strengths, and experiences and learn how to
use them to help you achieve the life you want for yourself.

You will also meet other women who are exploring the same issues.

This workshop will help you rediscover your passions and dreams and uncover new possibilities. Rethink who you can be and what you can do in your Next Act – those years beyond midlife. Craft your Next Act that expresses your unique values, strengths and desires.  Create a plan for a fulfilled and productive future and live the next best year of your life.

  • Free to be your authentic and whole self

You will create the draft of a one-year plan, which will become:

  • Your goals for the coming year
  • The foundation for your thinking and planning • Advice for your behavior and performance
  • Motivation and inspiration
