JUST DISCUSS: Show Up, Hear a Story, Join the ConversationThursday, November 14, 2019
Time: 9:30 a.m. - 11:30 a.m.
Location: At a member home in Lakeview East (address provided once registered)
This program allows you to simply show up, listen to a trained actor perform a dramatic reading of a carefully-selected short story, then enjoy an in-depth group discussion of the story. This concept was pioneered by Chicago-area writing instructor and book discussion moderator Alice Moody, who will also lead our session. Alice usually runs this 8-week program for a fee but has agreed to present it to our TTN members and their guests at no cost. Don’t miss this unique opportunity!
Light refreshments provided. Registration is required to attend. Limited to 20 members and their guests.
** Because of limited spots, we ask that you register only if you and your guests are committed to attending and will be able to stay the entire two hours. Thank you!
