September 12 TTN Event on Navigating Change(Posted September 26, 2017)
Thank you to our speaker, executive coach Jody Michael for her talk on Navigating Change. She encouraged attendees to learn how to use six muscles to gain mental fitness and resilience in navigating change and handling transition. This encompassed transitions on the professional front -- i.e. a pending retirement, a career shift -- or on a personal basis, dealing with change in relationships, family and home. Afterwards, attendees in varied stages of life, from full time professionals to those retired had an opportunity to connect with each other and enjoy light refreshments at our downtown meeting spot.
