TTN Caring Collaborative Records First Service Exchange
TTN is laying the groundwork for its new Caring Collaborative, an innovative model for aging in community through the exchange of services and information organized by and provided by peers in their community. Funded by a grant from the New York State Health Foundation, the Caring Collaborative pilot is now under way in New York City and the first official exchange took place in July.
